Clarification added to the expectations and definition of outbuildings added to any property.
Current:
2.5 Outbuildings. All tool sheds, hobby rooms or other outbuildings shall conform to the basic exterior paint colors of the dwelling. All such outbuildings shall be shingled with the same color and type of shingle as the dwelling. All such outbuildings shall have a minimum floor area of 160 square feet. No outbuilding constructed elsewhere shall be moved into Cooper Landing.
Proposed:
2.5 Outbuildings. All tool sheds, hobby rooms, garages, or other detached structures or outbuildings shall conform to the basic exterior paint colors of the dwelling. Detached structures or outbuildings must be constructed to appear as a complementary addition to the primary house/dwelling. All such structures or outbuildings shall have a minimum floor area of 160 square feet.
